Please welcome together Companies Act, 2013. Today, MCA Notifies more 183 sections of CA, 2013.

Till Today, 283 sections have been notified and remaining 187 sections pending to be notified by the MCA.

Just want to share one more good news a day after MCA notification regarding section 180 of CA, 2013, More 183 SECTIONS including All Schedules will be applicable w.e.f. 01.04.2014.

These sections have been notified to come into effect from 1st April 2014. 

Except the sections relating to the following provisions, Companies Act, 2013 have been completely 
notified by MCA, latest being 183 sections notified to be effective w.e.f. April 01, 2014:
